When I finally saw the apartment I noticed a window was not closed and would not close, window latch was missing so the window doesn't lock. I was told that it will take a while to fix and if I wasnt willing to sign today they would rather rent to someone else. They can keep my $200, Im out, but if you're desperate and need a place make sure you check the windows! They would rather sucker someone else into the unit rather than just fix it, that tells a tale. Has 3 shopping centers within 0.8 miles, which is about a 15-minute walk. The miles and minutes will be for the farthest away property.
